Stereo MCs Live / Ironbridge live in Brixton 22nd May

With A1 Bassline, The RGBs, Spin Doctor, Hold Tight DJs, Vics n Trix and more

The Stereo MCs celebrate the release of their new ‘3 in 3 EP’ (the latest release from their sensational album, Double Bubble) with an exclusive full live band performance. Brixton Jamm, the band’s local venue will see the boys destroy the club with the fresh, edgy sound of their new material, plus the anthems too. Rob B and Nick Hallam of the Stereo MCs have also handpicked a fantastic support line up to complement their unique sound, modern and absolutely classic.

The RGBs head the live support line up. Lauded by Tom Findlay of Groove Armada, this female, four-piece power pop hurricane reference Joy Division and Salt n Pepa as diverse influences to their unique style. Known for exhilarating live performances and their fantastic blend of soaring vocals, The RGBs wield keytars, keyboard and drums to dance floor-smashing effect.

A1 Bassline: London’s bassline maestro, producer of beats that blend house, garage and drum and bass. Featured in DJ Magazine, Mix Mag, NME and with productions aired on Annie Mac’s BBC show, A1 Bassline is bringing sub bass pressure to the beefy Brixton Jamm PA system.

Also up, the well loved Spin Doctor, the man behind London’s long standing Doctor’s Orders parties, takes to the ones and twos spinning hip hop anthems and soul classics. The inter galactic grime and hip hop fusion of Vics n Trix also features, along side hip hop maestros Ironbridge. The support line up is capped by Stereos’ favourites the Hold Tight DJs plus a DJ set from Stereo MCs’ very own Rob B.

Lionbeat and Musical Propaganda DJs also feature in what is going to be a night of live music fused with party mayhem down there at the Brixton Jamm. This night is not to be missed, and with advance tickets at just £10, represents great value for party lovers whose pockets are feeling the pinch.
